More than twenty-five years of experience
in the field of equal employment opportunity law.

Worked for fifteen years as an
attorney in the Office of Legal Counsel, U.S. Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Served as key writer of numerous policy
documents setting forth the Commission ’s positions
on workplace harassment and other job discrimination issues. Conducted training on behalf of EEOC and developed EEOC training materials.

Selected by the U.S. Department
of Justice (DOJ) to conduct anti-harassment training for employees
in Antitrust, Civil Rights, Tax, Interpol, Parole Commission, and other DOJ divisions.

Trained thousands of managers,
attorneys, human resource professionals, and other personnel on prevention of workplace harassment and other equal employment
opportunity (EEO) issues.

Appeared on radio and television programs, quoted in national newspapers and magazines, and lectured extensively before professional groups regarding workplace harassment and EEO issues.
