attorney in the Office of Legal Counsel, U.S. Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC); drafted numerous policy
documents setting forth the Commission’s positions
on workplace harassment and other job discrimination issues.

Has trained many thousands of managers,
attorneys, human resource personnel, and rank-and-file
workers on workplace harassment and other equal employment
opportunity (EEO) issues.

Selected by the U.S. Department
of Justice to conduct anti-harassment training for employees
in numerous divisions of agency.
- Awarded contract by the EEOC for 2009-2010 to develop EEOC policy documents.

Awarded contract
by the EEOC in 2006 to serve as its expert witness in sexual harassment
litigation.
- Has conducted EEO counselng and investigations at more than thirty-five federal agencies.

Nationally recognized as expert
on workplace harassment and other EEO issues. Has
appeared on radio and television programs; been quoted
in national newspapers and magazines; and lectured extensively
before associations and professional groups.

Certified to conduct EEO counseling and investigations.

Received law degree with honors
from Georgetown University Law Center and bachelor of
arts degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
